These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as "the TCU") of the site https://patriotsforeurope.eu/ aim to define the terms and conditions of use to be followed by its visitors (hereinafter the "visitors" or “you”).
By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use which, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, constitute the legal framework to be strictly followed by the visitor of the website of the Patriots for Europe Group in the European Parliament (hereinafter "the Group", "the Patriots", “Our” or "We").
Consultation or use of this Site in whatever language implies the full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use, of the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy of the website.
We can modify and update the TCU at any time, to take into consideration technological and regulatory developments and the evolution of the Site. Any changes we make will apply immediately upon notice by any means, including, but not limited to, by posting a revised version of these Terms and Conditions of Use on the Site. 2. PURPOSES OF THE SITE
The site https://patriotsforeurope.eu/ follows the following purposes:
- Introduce you to:
- the Bureau members of the Group of Patriots for Europe in the European Parliament, displaying their photographs and indicating their function within the Bureau.
- the different delegations of the Group in the European Parliament.
- the EP deputies split by country delegation. Indeed, you can access the country’s delegation you are interested in by clicking on the respective country in the EU map.
- Describe our priorities:
- Preserving national sovereignty
- Protecting borders and stopping illegal immigration
- Ensuring jobs and prosperity
- Defending the freedom of speech.
- Give you access to our Blog where you will find our press releases and read the ones regarding the topics you are interested in.
- Permit you to download the logos and the photographs of the party’s members of the Patriots for Europe Group and the photos of their members.
- Give you the possibility of sending us a message via our contact form.
- Inform you about our current and archived vacancies and the procedure to be followed in case you want to apply to any of them.
- Notify you about our tenders and be able to download the invitation letter, the technical specifications and the submission conditions.
- Allow you to follow our Group on social media: Instagram, Facebook, X, Tik Tok and YouTube.
3. DEFINITIONS
The following words are defined as follows:
Terms and conditions (“TCU”) refer to these terms and conditions of use of the site https://patriotsforeurope.eu/ which provide the Visitor with a framework to use the Website.
Data: means any information relating to the Visitor provided by the Visitor directly on the Site.
Personal Data: means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to his or her identity as stipulated by Article 3 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725.
Publisher: hereby identifies the Patriots for Europe Group in the European Parliament which makes available to Visitors the Site for which it has selected the content, assembled it, prioritized it to be published in the Site.
Patriots For Europe Group: identifies the political group composed of 14 delegations following the European Parliament elections in June 2024.
Regulation (EU) 2018/1725: Regulation (Eu) 2018/1725 Of the European Parliament and Of the Council of 23 October 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data by the Union institutions, bodies, offices and agencies and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 and Decision No 1247/2002/EC.

In principle, access to the information available on or via the website of the Group of the Patriots for Europe in the European Parliament does not require any personal data to be supplied by the Visitor. The Visitor undertakes to respect the intellectual property rights held by the Group and third parties without prejudice to the rights and exceptions provided for by any binding provisions.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT OF THE VISITOR
Access to the Site, hosted in "Software as a Service" (SaaS) mode, requires the Visitor to have access to the Internet and technological equipment. All costs incurred by the Visitor to access the Site remain its own responsibility.
To access the Site, the Visitor undertakes to use only secure hardware and software, with the help of a computer security suite, and free of viruses, any defects, anomalies, bugs and any malfunction likely to lead to an interruption, malfunction or a decrease in the security of the Site.

- 6.4. Use the Site or any copyrighted material for unlawful purposes.
- 6.5. Assert or imply that we endorse your statements, without our prior written consent.
- 6.6. Impersonate any person or entity, real or fictitious, including an employee, a deputy or representative of the Group of Patriots for Europe in the European Parliament.
- 6.7. Transmit (a) any content or information that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, vulgar or objectionable, or that infringes our intellectual property or other rights or those of any third party; (b) material, non-public information without permission; (c) trade secrets of any third party or (d) advertisements, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities, or other unsolicited political communication (unless explicitly permitted by us);
- 6.8. Use the Site to harm minors in any way.
- 6.9. Engage in spamming or phishing activities.
- 6.10. Transmit any software or other content that contains a virus, worm, Trojan horse, defect, software bomb or other material of a destructive nature.
- 6.11. Modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Site.
- 6.12. Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the Site.
- 6.13. " Hunting " or harassing others.
- 6.14. Link to any page or content on the Site without written permission.

Use any robot, digital agent, offline messaging program, web scraping, analytics, site search or other manual or automatic device or process to extract, index, mine data, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or its content without our prior written consent.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Group of Patriots for Europe in the European Parliament grants public search engine operators’ permission to use robots to copy content from the Site, ONLY TO THE EXTENT NECESSARY FOR THE CREATION OF PUBLICLY AVAILABLE SEARCH POINTERS OF SUCH CONTENT AND FOR THAT SOLE PURPOSE but not caches or archives of such content. The Group reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases.
- 6.16. Collect or gather information about visitors to the Site without their express consent.

6.17. Take any action, imposing or likely to impose on our infrastructure (or that of our third-party providers) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load of data, information or queries (in Patriots for Europe Group's discretionary opinion).
The actions indicated above constitute a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
In the event of improper and non-compliant use of the Site with these Terms and conditions of Use, the Privacy Statement or any other policy, rule or directive applicable to the Site, the Group Patriots for Europe in the European Parliament reserves the right to refuse, block or remove access to the Site.
Any infringement may lead to civil and criminal proceedings.

The Group of the Patriots for Europe in the European Parliament maintains this website to enhance public access to information about the institution and its activities.
